• Check in time is from 2.00pm.
• Check out time is 11.00am.
• Smoking is allowed on deck areas only.
• No pets allowed.
• Accommodation for couples only.
• Facilities and grounds are for paying guests only - no visitors.
• All prices are firm at the time of booking but are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum bookings apply.
• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations made 21 days prior to arrival will be fully refunded.
• Refunds of Deposits within 21 days will be subject to the cottage being re-let. Conditions apply.
• Deposit is refundable if cancelled 21 days prior to booking less a $22 booking fee.
• Deposits are required within 7 days to confirm booking.
• We accept cash, cheque, MasterCard, Bankcard, VISA, Amex & Diners.
